W D PARTNERS PROFIT SHARING PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute up to 60% of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the Plan, up to the maximum allowable by the Internal Revenue Code.
- Participants who have attained age 50, before the end of the plan year, are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Participants may also contribute Roth elective deferrals on an after-tax basis in lieu of pretax salary deferrals that participants are otherwise eligible to make under the Plan.
- For the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company’s discretionary matching contribution was calculated at a rate of $.50 to every $1.00 contributed up to the first 6% of the participant’s compensation.
- Vesting schedule: Less than 1 year: None 1 year: 20% 2 years: 40% 3 years: 60% 4 years: 80% 5 or more: 100%
