TRAVEL INCORPORATED RETIREMENT PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies

  • Eligible employees may elect to contribute a percentage of their eligible compensation into the Plan after satisfying the Plan’s eligibility requirements.
  • The percentage deferred is subject to an annual limit of the lesser of 80% of eligible compensation or $23,000 for the calendar year 2024.
  • In the calendar year the eligible employee attains age 50, the employee may make pre-tax contributions up to an additional limit of $7,500 for the calendar year 2024.
  • The company may make discretionary matching contributions of a percent, if any, to be determined annually based on a percentage of each employee contributions.
  • All matching contributions will be computed based on each employee’s compensation contributed to the Plan during the Plan Year.
  • Participants are always 100% vested in rollover contributions, participants’ pre-tax contributions, contributions includable in participants’ gross income, qualified matching contributions, qualified nonelective contributions and any earnings thereon. Matching contributions, nonelective Company contributions and any earnings, thereon, will be vested in accordance with the following schedule: Years of Service for Vesting Vesting
