SWEDISHAMERICAN 403(B) INCENTIVESAVER PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Eligible employees of the Company may make voluntary tax-deferred contributions, subject to Internal Revenue Code (IRC) limitations, as defined in the Plan.
- Participants who will attain age 50 before the end of the plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
- Employees who have been hired or rehired and have not elected otherwise will automatically have 3% of compensation deferred.
- The Company makes a matching contribution up to a maximum of 3% of a participant’s compensation, based on the participant’s years of service and participant contributions.
- Additionally, the Company contributes a non-elective annual contribution amount up to a maximum of 5% of a participant’s compensation, based on the participant’s years of service and compensation provided that the participant is employed at the end of the year and has worked at least 1,000 hours.
- Participants are immediately vested in their voluntary contributions and Company contributions, plus actual earnings thereon.
