REGO RESTAURANTS 401(K) PLAN Contribution, Match and Other Plan Policies
- Participants may contribute a percentage of their pretax compensation, as defined in the Plan document, subject to limitations.
- Additionally, participants may contribute a percentage of their after-tax compensation and designate it as a Roth elective deferral contribution.
- A participant’s total salary-deferred contribution cannot exceed $23,000 ($30,500 if 50 or older) in calendar year 2024.
- The Employer makes a safe-harbor matching contribution to eligible participants each payroll period equal to 100% of a participant’s salary deferral contributions that do not exceed 3% of their compensation, plus 50% of a participant’s salary deferral contributions in excess of 3% but not in excess of 5% of the participant’s compensation.
- Participants are immediately vested in their salary deferral contributions, rollover contributions, Employer safe harbor matching contributions, discretionary Employer matching contributions, and related earnings thereon.
