  • Participants may contribute a percent of eligible compensation to the Plan on a pretax basis, up to the annual dollar limit set by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
  • Participants are also eligible to designate some or all of their deferral contributions as after-tax contributions (Roth Elective Deferral Contributions).
  • The Plan provides that participants who are projected to be age 50 or older by the end of the calendar year and who are making deferral contributions to the Plan may also make a catch-up contribution, subject to IRS limitations.
  • The Plan allows for matching contributions to be made at the Employer’s discretion.
  • The current approved match is equal to 50% of employee deferrals up to a maximum of $4,000.
  • To be eligible to receive the discretionary matching contribution, participants must be employed as of the last day of the contribution period.
  • The Plan also allows for additional discretionary contributions by the Employer.
  • There was no additional discretionary contribution made by the Employer.
  • All contributions to the Plan are 100% vested.
