  • Participants are required to contribute 2.5% of their eligible pretax compensation to the Plan as a condition of employment.
  • Federal law limits the total amount of contributions (both employer contributions and employee elective deferral contributions, but excluding catchup deferrals) that may be made into a participant’s account during a year.
  • For 2024 and 2023, this total cannot exceed the lesser of $69,000 and $66,000 or 100% of a participant’s eligible pretax compensation.
  • The maximum eligible compensation is $345,000 and $330,000 for 2024 and 2023.
  • Additionally, participant contributions were subject to an annual ceiling of $23,000 and $22,500 for 2024 and 2023.
  • Participants who are at least 50 years old by the end of the year may make an additional catchup contribution up to $7,500 for 2024 and 2023.
  • The Organization contributes a nondiscretionary employer match of 2.5% and an additional nondiscretionary employer contribution based on job classification.
  • Staff receive an additional 4% contribution while senior administration receive an additional 7.5% contribution.
