- There are two types of deferrals, pre-tax deferrals and Roth deferrals.
- Participants who are at least 50 years old may make additional salary deferrals called catch-up contributions.
- The Plan includes a provision for automatic enrollment of all new participants at a rate of 3% unless the participant makes a contrary election.
- The Plan Sponsor may make a discretionary employer matching contribution as a percent of eligible compensation deferred by participants.
