- Participants may elect to contribute to the Plan up to the maximum amount allowable under the Internal Revenue Code.
- Each year, the Employer makes a nondiscretionary contribution equal to 3% of compensation on behalf of each eligible employee.

- Participants are immediately vested in the contributions made by them and by the Sponsor and actual earnings thereon.
