1. Employee Contribution Rates: Employees can contribute between 1% and 50% of their eligible earnings (15% for highly compensated agents).
2. Employer Match/Contribution Conditions: The employer matches 50% of employee contributions for participants who are not Agency Building General Agents or 100% for Agency Building General Agents, not to exceed 6% of eligible earnings. Additionally, there may be a discretionary matching contribution of up to 50%.
3. Vesting Schedule/Eligibility: The vesting schedule for employer contributions is as follows: less than 2 years of service = 0% vested, 2-3 years of service = 50% vested, and 3 or more years of service = 100% vested.
