- Unless otherwise elected, each eligible participant will automatically have 6% of eligible compensation before taxes deferred into the Plan immediately upon meeting eligibility requirements.
- A Participant may defer any dollar amount, that when converted to a percentage, is not in excess of 85% of Plan Compensation each pay period, not to exceed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) limitations.
- The maximum limits apply to the combination of pre-tax elective deferrals and Roth deferrals.
- Participants who have attained age 50 before the end of the Plan year are eligible to make catch-up contributions.
