- Each year, participants may contribute a percentage of pretax annual compensation, as defined in the plan document, up to the maximum limits of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC).

- For the year ended December 31, 2024, the discretionary contributions for 2024 amounted to: Percent of Total Compensation up to Social Security Wage Base (%): Full Professors, Full Deans, Officers: 7.50 Participants with Less Than 10 Years of Service: 5.50 Participants with 10, but Less Than 20 Years of Service: 6.50 Participants with 20 or More Years of Service: 7.50 Percent of Total Compensation Over the Social Security Wage Base (%): Full Professors, Full Deans, Officers: 13.00 Participants with Less Than 10 Years of Service: 11.00 Participants with 10, but Less Than 20 Years of Service: 12.00 Participants with 20 or More Years of Service: 13.00 There is an overall limit of 9.9% of total compensation for the Organization’s discretionary contribution.
- Participants are vested immediately in their contributions plus actual earnings thereon.
- Vesting in the Organization’s contribution portion of their accounts is based on years of continuous service.
- A participant is 100% vested after three years of credited service.
