- Participants may contribute a percentage of their annual compensation, as defined in the Plan, up to the maximum limit as permitted by the IRC.
- In addition, participants qualifying for age-based provisions may contribute additional catch-up deferrals.
- The employer matching contribution is a fixed amount equal to 100% of the participant’s salary deferral and age-based catch-up contributions are included.
- Highly compensated participants, as defined in the Plan, are eligible for a maximum match of 2% of their annual compensation.
- Non-highly compensated participants are eligible for a maximum match of up to 6% of their annual compensation according to the following table: Years of Service Percentage of Compensation Less than 2 years 0.0% Less than 4 years 2.0% Less than 6 years 3.0% Less than 7 years 4.5% Greater than 7 years 6.0%
- Participants are fully vested in their contributions and in the employer matching contribution plus actual earnings.
